We listed our home with Diane after two failed listings with other agents and a brief stint of “For Sale by Owner” over the course of two years.

Diane brought in a designer who recommended furniture placement and paint colors and the “de-personalizing” that we hear so much about. With a little doubt of the effect, I reluctantly took my children’s pictures down. We also made a small investment in paint and removed furniture. Our house was under agreement in less than 1 week!
